Payment
The Random Image accepts payment through PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Once you have made your choice and payment has been accepted, your print will be shipped to your destination.
For digital downloads, buyers will receive links to download their Digital products in the Thank You page of the Checkout after payment has been accepted, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days.

All prints from The Random Image are unframed and un-matted.
You are purchasing the photograph only.
All images are printed in a lustre finish on premium 310gsm giclée paper in a professional lab, ensuring archival quality
and brilliant colour.
Different finishes are available upon request including canvas prints and acrylic glass. Please get in touch to discuss options.

Shipping
Photographic prints are carefully wrapped & packaged in a hard board envelope for small prints and sturdy postal tubes for larger prints. Artworks are printed locally and shipped with Australia post or couriers for larger prints & framed artworks.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to follow your order's journey.

Customs tax varies by country, please check your country's customs policy before purchasing.
Where possible, combined postage can be arranged if more than one print is purchased. Please get in touch with any shipping queries or if you can't see your location.
Custom Orders & Commissions
If you are after something specific, please get in touch.
Custom orders depend on availability of flowers and plants and what is in season locally at the time of request.
*Please note, custom orders will require an upfront deposit plus the remaining print order charge upon completion.
Art Licensing
If you have a large project, new product campaign or corporate event, fine art images are available for licensing.

Framing
Framing is available for print orders shipping within Australia. Frames are wood finish in black or white with
3cm width and 2cm depth. Glass is 2mm thick and backing
is mdf with D-rings and string.
If you have chosen framing, please add your mat choice - 'No mat', 'Black mat' or 'White mat' in the text field provided. Mats come in white or black core at no extra charge. If the text box is left empty, your frame will be unmatted. No mat is provided for a 'print only' order. Alternative frame styles such as raw timber and aluminium can also be arranged along with non-reflective glass.
*Tip - When measuring your space, remember to
add approximately 13-14 cm to allow for the extra
frame & mat width.
Returns & Exchange
There will be no refund or exchange for 'change of mind' purchases for physical items. This is due to the delicate nature of prints. The Random Image will only refund or exchange if your purchase arrives damaged or faulty. Proof of damage is required.
Please contact me within: 7 days of delivery.
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Refunds or exchanges will only be granted once the original item has been returned and received by The Random Image.
The buyer will be responsible for any postage costs incurred.
If you wish to cancel your order for a physical product, please contact The Random Image immediately. Cancellations will only be granted on physical products within 2 hours of purchase.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, I am unable to refund, exchange or cancel orders. Please choose carefully.
Please be aware that the colour on your screen may vary slightly to your actual print due to variations in individual computer settings.
Image mock-ups and frames shown in the listings, do not represent the options available for purchase, these are for display purposes only.

**Please take care when handling your prints. Print surfaces are delicate and should only be handled by your framing professional. Please use cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints & marks or scratches.

Digital Downloads
If you have purchased a digital download, you can print at home or at your local print shop or photo lab. Download, print and frame! No physical print is shipped to you.
You will receive a link to download your digital file in the
'thank you' page at checkout, as well as by email.
Once downloaded, files can be printed on a home computer or at a professional photo lab for optimal results.
High quality vivid images are a priority at The Random Image, allowing you to print your files in a number of different finishes
including canvases, metallic posters and giclée .
Downloaded files in a 2:3 ratio will allow you to print
4x6, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30 and 24x36 inches.
Downloaded files in a 3:4 ratio will allow you to print
9x12, 12x16 and 18x24 inches.
Downloaded files in 4:5 ratio will allow you to print
8x10 and 16x20 inches.
Please message if you require an unlisted size, this can be done at no extra charge depending on the original image ratio.
