Payment

The Random Image accepts payment through PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Once you have made your choice and payment has been accepted,

your print will be shipped to your destination.

For digital downloads, buyers will receive links to download their Digital products

in the Thank You page of the Checkout after payment has been accepted,
along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days.

Print Products

All prints from The Random Image are

unframed and un-matted.

You are purchasing the photograph only. 

 

All images are printed in a lustre finish on premium 310gsm giclée paper in a professional lab, ensuring archival quality and brilliant colour.

 

Different finishes are available upon request including canvas prints and acrylic glass.

Please get in touch to discuss options.

 

Custom framing is now available for orders shipping within Australian only.

Frames come in your choice of black or white 3 cm width wood frame + a black or white mat.

Frames are ready to hang with D-rings and string. 

Different frame options are available upon request.
 

If you are after a particular print size that is not listed, please contact The Random Image.

In most cases, I can crop to different dimensions depending on the original image ratio. Most print sizes listed are standard photo sizes to help make matting and framing a breeze.
 

*Please note - colours may vary slightly due to individual computer settings.

**Please take care when handling your prints & only use cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints & marks or scratches. 

Shipping

Photographic prints are carefully

wrapped & packaged

in a hard board envelope for small prints

and sturdy postal tubes for larger prints.

 

Artworks are printed locally and shipped with Australia post or couriers for larger prints

& framed artworks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to follow your order's journey.

European Union - $80 aud

Where possible, combined postage can be arranged

if more than one print is purchased.

Custom Orders & Commissions

If you are after something specific,

please get in touch.

Custom orders depend on availability of flowers and plants and what is in season locally at the time of request.
 

*Please note, custom orders will require an upfront deposit plus the remaining print order charge upon completion.

Returns & Exchange

There will be no refund or exchange for 'change of mind' purchases for physical items. This is due to the delicate nature of prints.

The Random Image will only refund or exchange if your purchase arrives damaged or faulty.

Proof of damage is required.

Please contact me within: 7 days of delivery.

Send items back within: 14 days of delivery.

Refunds or exchanges will only be granted once the original item has been returned and

received by The Random Image.

The buyer will be responsible

for any postage costs incurred.

 

If you wish to cancel your order for a physical product, please contact The Random Image immediately.

Cancellations will only be granted on physical products within 2 hours of purchase.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I am unable to refund, exchange or cancel orders. Please choose carefully.

If you have purchased a digital download, you can print at home or at your local print shop or photo lab.

No physical print is shipped to you.

Download, print and frame!

 

You will receive a link to download your digital file in the

'thank you' page at checkout, as well as by email.

Once downloaded, files can be printed on a home computer or at a professional photo lab for optimal results.

 

High quality vivid images are a priority at The Random Image, allowing you to print your files in a number of different finishes

including canvases, metallic posters and giclée .

Downloaded files in a 2:3 ratio will allow you to print 4x6, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30 and 24x36 inches.

Downloaded files in a 3:4 ratio will allow you to print 9x12, 12x16 and 18x24 inches.

Downloaded files in 4:5 ratio will allow you to print 8x10 and 16x20 inches.

Please message if you require an unlisted size, this can be done at no extra charge depending on the original image ratio.
